Hot Air Balloon lands on school field

Today a hot air balloon with 9 passengers and pilot Lawrie Ellis landed on our school field. The children all went outside to watch the balloon land, the year 6 children helped to fold the balloon away. The balloon driver came back to school afterwards to answer questions in our special assembly.

The children then had a fun afternoon learning & making balloons.

Years 3 and 4 Elephant Sewing Afternoon

The children in Year 3 and 4 held a sewing afternoon lots of parents came in to help out. They are learning all about India this term and are making elephants.

Chickens

Thought you might like to see a picture of my chickens, they lay 1 egg each day and like coming in the kitchen to eat the cat's food! Mrs Timmis
